RIO Classic 15ft Sink Tips

The RIO Classic 15ft Sink Tips (formerly known as Replacement Tips) have been the standard tip addition for anglers fishing VersiTip type lines for decades. The tips have been the perfect choice for double handed rods of 13ft and longer and because they have a gradual front taper, offer excellent presentation and turnover of the majority of salmon and sea trout flies. With a wide range of floating and sink rates available, across four different tips sizes - 5/6 (95gr), 7/8 (110gr), 9+ (125gr), and “Power” (150gr) these tips are as effective and deadly as they have always been. For 2026 the intermediate tips are now completely clear in colour, which is a major improvement.  Each tip has a colour coded sleeve at the back end to ensure fast, easy recognition.
