Lubos says "This fly was originally developed as a wet fly for fishing whitefish. Subsequently, however, it was discovered that trout also respond very well to it. That's why I decided to tie her as a nymph as well, and success didn't take long. Works very well in slightly cloudy water and near the bottom. This is again one of the very colourful patterns that provoke the trout to bite, even when they are not very active."
